Eight modules guide one applied portfolio from career and role analysis to competency architecture, career and manager pathways, development planning, inclusion and technology, appraisal and evaluation, and stakeholder consulting.
- Apply career-development theory, organisational career systems, human-capital framing, evidence practices, and professional ethics to explain and justify career-development decisions.
- Analyse career needs, roles, and future skills, and plan workforce capability using individual, organisational, and labour-market evidence.
- Build and apply competency frameworks, gather behavioural evidence (BEI/STAR), and assess individual competency gaps against current or target roles.
- Design job levelling, career architecture, manager pathways, internal mobility, and succession plans that connect people growth to workforce needs.
- Select development methods and produce Professional Development Plans, distinct internship and OJT plans, and career coaching or mentoring support.
- Review employee appraisal systems, build career-development measures and analytics, and evaluate programme results and workforce impact with stated limitations.
- Apply inclusive, culturally responsive, and technology-aware practice, including local regulatory and workforce-localisation contextualisation and responsible AI governance.
- Diagnose performance problems, plan and deliver career-development programmes, and advise stakeholders as a trusted, evidence-based partner.

Phase 1
Pre-Course
4 learning hours
Prepare for the programme through welcome and guidance, a career needs analysis survey, a readiness quiz, and foundational resources on career systems, competency, future skills, workforce planning, inclusion, and ethics.
Phase 2
Core Course
24 learning hours
Complete eight applied career-development modules. Each module combines focused videos, a practical assignment, discussion, and a post-module quiz. The assignments build evidence for the final portfolio.
Phase 3
After-Course
12 learning hours
Integrate your career-development work into a professional portfolio, complete the examination simulation and official examination, then close the programme with guided reading, discussion, and feedback.

C-CD Professional
