After-course 12 hours
Finalise seven connected assignments into your Training and Facilitation Portfolio, culminating in a complete 40-minute session that you lead and record with at least three participants you arrange yourself, excluding you as the facilitator. Demonstrate clear instruction, meaningful participation, facilitated practice, debriefing and a learning check, then evaluate your performance using the recording and participant feedback.

- Deliver and record one complete 40-minute session using Zoom, Google Meet or another suitable recording setup, with at least three consenting participants actively involved throughout.
- Submit the full session recording as shared evidence across the relevant assignments, with timestamps identifying the behaviours demonstrated. This is part of the existing portfolio, not an eighth assignment; retain separate practice evidence for skills not demonstrated in the final session.

Can I complete the programme while working full-time?
Yes. The programme is delivered online through self-paced learning, so you can organise your study around work and other commitments. The estimated learning time is 40 hours: four hours of preparation, 24 hours across nine core modules, and 12 hours of portfolio refinement and assessment. Your actual time may vary depending on your experience, familiarity with the tools and portfolio revisions.
