Prepare for the programme through welcome and guidance, a needs analysis survey, a readiness quiz, and selected foundational readings.

Core Course
24 learning hours
Complete eight applied modules. Each module combines focused videos, a practical assignment, discussion, and a post-module quiz. The assignments build evidence for the final portfolio.
Phase 3
After-Course
12 learning hours
Integrate your work into a professional portfolio, complete the examination simulation and official examination, then close the programme with guided reading, discussion, and feedback.

Earn the C-IDT Professional credential after meeting the portfolio and examination requirements. Graduate with documented work that demonstrates your instructional design capability.
By the end of the programme, learners will be able to:

No formal instructional design qualification is required. C-IDT Professional is suitable for people working in instructional design, learning and development, training, education, curriculum development, content development, or related roles.
You will need a computer, a reliable internet connection, and basic confidence using digital tools. Previous experience with authoring tools is helpful but not required.
